Age 73, reasonable health up to 7 years ago when, out of the blue, I was afflicted with Polymyalgia Rheumatica which lasted some two and a half years, medication given was steroids.

Then, out of the blue again, in May this year the Polymyalgia Rheumatica returned causing severe pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders, hips and knees.

Steroid medication commenced again by GP but this time I tried to help my recovery along and found The Original Copper Heeler. Within a very short time I began feeling very much better with more energy and motivation and the GP is now reducing the steroid regime at a quicker pace than he did during the first onset 7 years ago.

However, the most striking effect for me of wearing the heelers, and I can’t put it down to anything else, is that my ankles have slimmed down to a normal width!! This after a lifetime of having thick ankles – I still can’t believe how slim they are now, and this is a real bonus for me of the benefits of wearing the copper heelers.
