I have had osteoarthritis in my hands (mostly in fingers) and more recently in my feet (mainly toes on my right foot) particularly bad pain in my big toe for the past year. I have tried various creams, ointments etc., all to no avail.

Almost immediately after using the copper heelers in my shoes I noticed an improvement. I have been wearing them now for over 2 months and I hardly ever experience any pain in my feet and hands at all.
